Mousa Abu Marzook currently holds the title of Deputy Political Bureau Chief of HAMAS, operating out of Cairo, Egypt.

Born in 1951 in Rafah in the Gaza Strip, Marzook went to Cairo to study engineering and received a degree from Ein Shams University in 1977. Marzook moved to the United States to pursue a Ph.D. in engineering.  After leaving the United States in 1992, he moved to Jordan where he lived until being expelled in 1995. While living in Jordan, Marzook is suspected of having played a significant role in planning and coordinating numerous terrorist attacks within Israel.  On July 25, 1995 after his expulsion from Jordan, Marzook was arrested at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York, where he was detained by authorities until being returned to Jordan in 1997.  Following a nationwide crackdown on HAMAS activities within the country, he was once again deported by Jordanian authorities in 1999.

Marzook left a significant legacy in the United States. During his tenure in the US, he created an extensive network to support HAMAS’ terrorist activities. In addition to serving on the board of directors of the Islamic Association for Palestine, which courts have found “desired to help HAMAS activities succeed” and acted on that desire,  he also founded a think-tank called the United Association for Studies and Research (UASR).  Marzook also provided the Holy Land Foundation (HLF), with $210,000 in initial funding;   and channeled $250,000 in investment capital to Infocom, a Texas-computer business run by relatives of Marzook’s wife.

Federal prosecutors say the IAP, UASR and HLF the were created by the Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestinian Committee in the United States “to comprehensively address Hamas’ needs.“[12]

The case of Dr. Mousa Mohammad Abu Marzook, a 46-year-old husband, father of six, legal resident of the state of Virginia and Hamas party political leader, who has been held in a seven-by-eight-foot cell in the Metropolitan Correction Center in New York City since July 25, 1995, but who has yet to be charged with a crime or even granted a personal hearing in a U.S. court, may go down in history as an equally colossal failure of American justice.

In 1987, the governing body of the International Muslim Brotherhood decided to focus its mission on the Palestinian issue, and directed that Palestine Committees be formed in countries throughout the world. In the United States, the Palestine Committee was comprised of active Muslim Brotherhood members of Palestinian origin. The leader of the Palestinian Committee in the United States at that time was unindicted co-conspirator Mousa Abu Marzook. Marzook is now – and has been since 1995 – a Specially Designated Terrorist and Hamas leader. General Assembly in a resolution Dec. 10, 1993, to create regional bodies and institutions authorized to interact with the U.N. officially in an effort to unify Central American states politically and economically.

On Monday, the UNHRC in Colombia notified WND the U.N. would issued a press release Tuesday afternoon on last week’s 10-nation meeting in Nicaragua, after receiving comments from SICA and the host country.

Refugee Resettlement Watch Report:

Refugee resettlement contractors say don’t give their money to the children. They want the money for their businesses! These contractors are paid to bring refugees to Tennessee.

This year Congress increased funding for refugee resettlement contractor business to $1.489 billion, an increase from last year’s $1.12 billion but still short the additional $1.6 billion that refugee contractors demanded.

Federal refugee contractors like the TN Office for Refugees (TOR) operating in Tennessee, are complaining that the U.S. Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) may use some of the contractors’ money to help the children crossing the border. TOR says that if their money is reduced they won’t be able to help the refugees they have brought to Tennessee. To date, there has been no suggestion by TOR that they would reduce the number of people they plan to bring to the State.

The federal contractors have been directed by their leadership to lobby Congress for more money, which in part is why Pres. Obama’s original request of $2 billion in emergency spending for the border is now $3.7 billion. If Congress approves this request, the illegals will get to stay and TOR will get all its money. In fact, funding from the CHD over the years has often gone to broad based community organizations established with the support of the IAF.² During his visit to Britain in 1990, Rev.
